Buying Process: I wanted to get a specific ram limited with a blackout package and some extra options. There were some other cars on auto trader listed for less money than Team Chrysler, but they were all bait and switch posts. I called team Chrysler and worked with Paul, who is an excellent salesperson. He spent the time to demonstrate the endless features of the car, and showed us some other cars that we hadn't considered before he told us about them. I then sent my parents back to the dealership to test drive the truck to make sure they liked it, and Paul spent the additional time to re-explain everything to them. Paul is knowledgable about the products, personable, and kind. Next, we met Bernard, an exceptional finance manager. He was able to facilitate an 84 month finance at 0%, which was one of the most compelling features of the deal. Lastly, but not least, Keon was a great negotiator, and was willing to work long hours to close the deal. He and I went back and forth until 9 or 10 pm, as there was a raptors game in double overtime that we didn't want to miss. He got the numbers worked out right where I needed them, and he was able to give me a fair market value for my trade in. The truck itself is amazing. I have never owned a truck before, and the ram 1500 limited is the creme de la creme. When I thought about buying a truck I was only looking at the Ford Raptor, but with its lack of technology, cheap interior, and minimal features, I didn't think it would be a good fit for me. The ram is a V8, it's functional as an off road vehicle, and as a daily driver, plus it is one of the most comfortable cars you could buy. Mercedes Benz S Class level of comfort. The buying experience was great, the car is great, and the people are nice. Areas to improve: - The dealership seemed kind of low tech, with paper files, older computers, fax machines, and a PA system to page people. In 2020, almost 2021, they should upgrade their technology, make their process more efficient, increase their sales volume, and use the increase in revenue to fix up the dated interior of the dealership. FCA may have sold cheaper cars in the past, but when you sell 100K trucks and Dodge Demons, you're now competing with German car brands. - No Swag! I love my Ram, and I want people to know that I am a proud ram driver. Hats, mugs, umbrellas, whatever all are great branding opportunities, and can help promote the brand. Every car sold should come with some branded merchandise, I promise the ROI would be well worth it. Other notes: 1) I have not taken the truck into service yet, when I do I will review that process as well. 2) I asked to be notified when hard bed covers are back in stock, lets see if they give me a call once they are in.

Bought a Grand Cherokee from Team this September 2020, dealt with Paul Dhillon, he helped me pick a great color and overall had excellent insight about the vehicle. He would be my go to guy for anything about my Jeep as he drives the same car too. Very happy with the purchase, the experience of dealing with the team was very smooth, they are all very knowledgeable. The vehicle is extraordinary.

Team Chrysler is an awesome dealership. I've been making deals with Ralph ‘Yash’ Baboolal at this location for over 20 years. He is truly an amazing guy. He's always been able to make me deals I'm sure no one else can do. Over Covid I leased a new Jeep Gladiator and it is a great vehicle. So if you need a new vehicle, GO SEE RALPH AT TEAM CHRYSLER!!!!

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee with Ralph. He was so patient with me in finding the exact model that fit my needs. I also bought my previous car a Dodge Dart GT from him a few years back, and I absolutely loved that car and my experience with Ralph. Anytime I come in for a service on my vehicles they are fast and detailed. I recommend team Chrysler to all.

I have never had a better experience in a car dealership until I came to Team Chrysler in Mississauga. From the service department, I have to give credit when credit is due, Shane is the all around go to representative to deal with. His patience, perseverance, and determination to help a client was beyond my expectations. After all the problems I’ve gone through with my previous vehicle, it was time for an upgrade. With Shane’s recommendations, I was introduced to Ishwar. He is one sales representative that kept me at ease and completely relaxed when looking into a new vehicle. I wasn’t pressured at all and treated me as if I were I guest at his own house. After finding a vehicle that I liked, I was then introduced to Bernard, who worked his professionalism and solidified the deal for me to driving home a brand new vehicle that very same day. Overall, Team Chrysler’s staff exceeded my expectations from a car dealership. Thank you to those individuals above that made this happen. My family thanks you. TEAM CHRYSLER is my go to dealership from now on. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go here first.
