The Gladiator will be available in Sport, Sport S, Overland and Rubicon trims, framing the standard 3.6 litre Pentastar V6 and boasts 285 HP and 260 lb-ft of torque. The V6 is engineered for low-end torque, producing the heft required for an intense off-road experience. It features a standard six-speed manual transmission or an optional eight-speed automatic. If a diesel engine is what floats your boat, 2022 will bring a 3.0 litre EcoDiesel V6 with an eight-speed manual transmission. The Gladiator offers stop/start technology that can be deactivated, whenever you want it to, with the simple push of a button.
